This series dry core series reactor used for low voltage reactive power compensation cabinet, connect in series with capacitor. When low voltage network has a lot of harmonic source of rectifier, converter devices, higher harmonic produced will causes serious damage safety operation for main transformer and other electrical equipment. After Reactor and capacitor in series, they can effectively absorb the grid harmonic wave, improve system voltage waveform and improve the power factor of system, and can effectively restrain the switching current and operating over-voltage, effectively protect the capacitor.
¤The reactor is divided into three phase and single phase, both are iron dry type. ¤The core is made of high quality low loss imported cold rolled orientation silicon steel; core column is divided into uniform small section by multiple air gaps. The air gaps use epoxy laminated glass cloth plate as interlayer, to ensure that the reactance air gaps no change in the operation process. ¤The coil using H level or C level enameled flat wires wrapped, closely spaced evenly, and outside without insulating layer, it is aesthetic feeling and has better heat dissipation performance. ¤The reactor coil and core assembly as one unit process of the preliminary drying, vacuum varnished - thermal drying solidify. The class H impregnating varnish make the reactor coil and core joint firmly, not only greatly reduced the runtime noise, also has high temperature classification, ensure reactor under high temperature also can safely running without noise. ¤The part of reactor core columns fasteners use nonmagnetic materials, ensure that reactor has the high quality factor and low temperature rise, ensure good filtering effect. ¤The exposed parts are taken anti-corrosion treatment, leading-out terminal is copper tin plated.
¤Can be used for 400V, 660V system.

¤Rated insulation level 3KV/min.
¤Different parts of the reactor temperature limit: core is not allowed more than 85K, electric coil temperature rise it not more than 95K.
¤The altitude does not exceed 2000 m.
¤Running environment temperature 25 ℃ ~ + 45 ℃ , relative humidity is no
more than 90%.
¤There is no harmful gas around, any flammable and explosive substances.
¤The environment should have good ventilation conditions, if it is install in the
cabinet should add ventilation equipment.
